Pre-litigation Staff are Your First Line of Defense

From the onset of a case, the focus of our pre-litigation staff is to acquire the best settlement possible for clients apart from litigation. In some cases, it is preferable to get a case settled without having to file suit. This may be the most efficient and cost-effective alternative for the client, depending on the facts of each case.

For these types of cases, we have a fully staffed in-house Pre-litigation Department that includes experienced licensed insurance adjusters. Not only do our insurance adjusters know how to negotiate and settle claims with insurance companies, they know how to negotiate with medical providers for reduction of charges and with health insurers, hospitals, and other entities for lien reductions on medical expenses. Our Pre-Litigation team is well trained in getting the highest settlement possible for our clients while minimizing individual case costs.
